The Board of Directors shall periodically review the implementation and effectiveness of this Fair Practices Code, as well as the performance of the Company’s grievance redressal mechanism at various levels of management. A consolidated report on compliance, customer grievances, and corrective actions taken shall be placed before the Board at regular intervals for review and oversight.

Finlix Capital Private Limited is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and efficient grievance redressal process. Customers who wish to lodge a complaint shall be provided with appropriate guidance on the complaint registration process, the expected resolution timeline, and the available escalation mechanisms if they are dissatisfied with the resolution.

Upon receipt of a complaint, the Company shall acknowledge, examine, and resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner. A formal response shall ordinarily be provided to the customer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Where additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, the customer shall be informed accordingly, along with the expected timeline for resolution.

If the customer remains dissatisfied with the Company’s response or the complaint is not resolved within the prescribed timeframe, the Company shall provide guidance on the available escalation channels, including the appropriate regulatory authorities or grievance redressal forums, in accordance with applicable laws and the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
