A copy of this Fair Practices Code shall be made available to customers upon request. Wherever required, the Code shall also be provided in the respective regional language(s) of the State(s) in which Finlix Capital Private Limited operates, ensuring that customers can easily understand their rights and obligations.

Finlix Capital Private Limited is committed to ensuring that the implementation of this Fair Practices Code is the collective responsibility of the entire organization. The principles outlined in this Code shall be embedded across all stages of the lending lifecycle, including marketing, customer acquisition, loan origination, credit appraisal, loan processing, documentation, disbursement, servicing, collections, and customer grievance redressal.

The Board of Directors and the Senior Management of Finlix Capital Private Limited shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and periodically reviewing this Fair Practices Code. They shall ensure that the Company’s policies, procedures, and business practices consistently reflect its commitment to fairness, transparency, ethical conduct, and customer-centricity. Furthermore, the Company shall ensure that all employees, officers, representatives, and service providers are adequately informed of and trained on the principles of this Code, enabling them to deliver financial products and services in a fair, transparent, and equitable manner while safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders.
